Industrial Polyclinic will be fully
air-conditioned business centre with a difference.
It will be designed by Interior
Decorator and fully furnishing. The Business Centre
will be with phone, fax, computer, Email, Internet,
Xeroxing, Typing etc. facilities. There will be
phone in each cabin with Internet connections.
There will be kitchenet with fridge, microwave
oven etc. It will be managed by trained staff
including secretary, receptionist, telephone operator,
helpers and security personnel.
Such fully furnished Instant Office
will be available on 2 hours, three times a week
basis with all support services. IPIPL can be
consultants prestigeous business address. 9 cabins
have been constructed and each cabin will be available
for 2 hours 3 times a week each for the 70 Experts
(9x4x6/3 = 72).
The experts will include competant
persons /consultants for Audit,Company Formation,Costing, Customs, Engineering, Excise, Exports,
Experts, Finance, Human Resource Development,
Imports, Inspection, ISO Certification,Land,Legal,Market Survey,Marketing, Patent,Power,Product Identification,Project Management, Project
Report Preparation, Procurement, Pollution, Sales
Tax, SSI Registration, Technology Sourcing, Testing
Services, Training, Valuation, Water etc. These
will be out of 110 areas of consultancy identified
vide
Annexure I.
INDUSTRIAL POLYCLINIC OPERATIONS
:
Appointments of the specialist, be for the clinic or in the Polyclinic can be
fixed on web. Clinic charges will be Rs. 5000/-.
A Service Charge of Rs. 50/- will be charged for
fixing appointment with a specialist. A Service
Charge of Rs. 50/- per appointment is payable
by the specialist subject to a minimum of Rs.
100/- per slought of 2 hours. Concession can be
given for long term commitment.
The Polyclinic will have Business
Center where Phone, Fax, Email, Internet, Computer,
Typing, Xeroxing, etc. facilities will be available.
Such facilities will be on Chargeable Basis. A
small Kitchenette will be provided with tea /
coffee making facilities, microwave oven and fridge.
The services will be on chargeable basis.
